Common Questions
Does this slide come with sights or an optic cover plate?
No. This is a slide only. You will need to purchase and install suppressor-height sights to co-witness through your red dot. An optic cover plate is not included, as the cut is designed for direct optic mounting.
Will my Holosun 407K fit directly?
Yes. The optic cut uses the RMSc footprint, which is directly compatible with the Holosun 407K and 507K, as well as the Shield RMSc and similar optics.
Do I need a new barrel or recoil spring assembly?
No. You will use your existing Glock 43 barrel and recoil spring assembly. This slide is designed to work with those OEM parts.
Is the finish durable?
In our experience, the black nitride finish is very durable. It’s a hardened surface treatment that’s more resistant to wear and corrosion than standard coatings like Cerakote. It’s a good choice for a carry gun.

If you’re comfortable with basic Glock disassembly and have the right tools (especially a sight pusher for the new sights), it’s straightforward. You’re transferring your factory internals, barrel, and spring. If you’re not sure, have a qualified gunsmith do it.
